14 On page 4, lines 5-8, delete those lines
15
16 and insert:
17 (3) The consolidation of platted or subdivided lots in
18 antiquated subdivisions, as defined in s. 380.031(22), in
19 order to allow replatting and reassembly for more appropriate
20 development that is consistent with the public policies of the
21 jurisdiction or for public use shall be considered a public
22 purpose if:
23 (a) The subdivision contains no fewer than 100 lots;
24 (b) The plat of the subdivision was recorded as
25 provided by law, or approved pursuant to law but not recorded,
26 prior to 1980;
27 (c) Less than 20 percent of the total subdivision area
28 has been built into the uses of the subdivision's zoned or
29 land use purposes; and
30 (d) The county has amended its comprehensive plan,
31 pursuant to s. 163.3177(6)(a), to identify antiquated
