13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 2, lines 17-23, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  For educational facilities, this provision does
17  not apply to any county as defined in s. 125.01(1). The school
18  board in any such county shall provide a public hearing prior
19  to site acquisition for any educational facility that is
20  located in the area delineated in this subsection. Exceptions
