14         On page 3, between lines 2 and 3,

16  insert:  
17         (4)  "Computer virus" means a computer program that is
18  designed to replicate itself or affect another program or file
19  in the computer by attaching a copy of the program or other
20  set of instructions to one or more computer programs or files
21  without the consent of the owner or lawful user. The term
22  includes, but is not limited to, programs that are designed to
23  contaminate other computer programs; compromise computer
24  security; consumer computer resources; modify, destroy,
25  record, or transmit data; or disrupt the normal operation of
26  the computer, computer system, or computer network. The term
27  also includes, but is not limited to, programs that are
28  designed to use a computer without the knowledge and consent
29  of the owner or authorized user and to send large quantities
30  of data to a targeted computer network without the consent of
31  the network for the purpose of degrading the targeted
