  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to cruises to nowhere;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to enact

  4         legislation relating to cruises to nowhere;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

10  legislation relating to cruises to nowhere.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect October 1, 2004.
