  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to pari-mutuels; expressing the

  3         legislative intent to enact legislation

  4         relating to pari-mutuels; providing an

  5         effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

10  legislation relating to pari-mutuels.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect October 1, 2004.
