11  Senator Atwater moved the following amendment:
12  
13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 2, line 26, through page 3, line 7, delete
15  those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         (1)  A water management district that has structures or
19  facilities identified as critical infrastructure by the
20  Regional Security Task Force created pursuant to s. 943.0312,
21  shall conduct a fingerprint-based criminal history check for
22  any current or prospective employee and others designated
23  pursuant to the water management district's security plan for
24  buildings, facilities, and structures if those persons are
25  allowed regular access to those buildings, facilities, or
26  structures defined in the water management district's security
27  plan as restricted access areas. 
28         (2)  A water management district that has structures or
29  facilities that are not identified as critical infrastructure
30  by the Regional Security Task Force created pursuant to s.
31  943.0312, may
