11  Senator Smith moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 7, between lines 11-12,
15  
16  insert:  
17         Section 5.  For the purpose of incorporating the
18  amendment made by this act to section 327.731, Florida
19  Statutes, in a reference thereto, paragraph (a) of subsection
20  (11) of section 327.73, Florida Statutes, is reenacted to
21  read:
22         327.73  Noncriminal infractions.--
23         (11)(a)  Court costs that are to be in addition to the
24  stated civil penalty shall be imposed by the court in an
25  amount not less than the following:
26         1.  For swimming or diving infractions, $3.
27         2.  For nonmoving boating infractions, $6.
28         3.  For boating infractions listed in s. 327.731(1),
29  $10.

31  Court costs imposed under this subsection may not exceed $30.
