14 On page 136 between lines 3 and 4,

16 insert:
17 Section 65. For the 2004-2005 fiscal year, the sum of
18 $5,000,000 is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund as
19 Fixed Capital Outlay to Florida State University for the
20 planning and site development phases of the state mail and
21 bomb clearance facility and the maintenance complex located on
22 Lake Bradford Road. These funds shall be held in reserve
23 until cost savings resulting from leases negotiated or
24 renegotiated by a real estate broker sufficient to fund the
25 appropriation are deposited in the General Revenue Fund.
26 Release of these funds may be requested pursuant to Chapter
27 216, Florida Statutes.
