11  The Committee on Criminal Justice recommended the following
12  amendment to amendment (450960):

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 3, lines 4-17, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         (3)  A person commits the offense of video voyeurism
19  dissemination if that person, knowing or having reason to
20  believe that an image was created in a manner described in
21  this section, intentionally disseminates, distributes, or
22  transfers the image to another person.
23         (4)  A person commits the offense of commercial video
24  voyeurism dissemination if that person:
25         (a)  Knowing or having reason to believe that an image
26  was created in a manner described in this section, sells the
27  image for consideration to another person; or
28         (b)  Having created the image in a manner described in
29  this section, disseminates, distributes, or transfers the
30  image to another person for that person to sell the image to
31  others.
