| 13 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 14 |

| 15 | Section 1. Jean-Jacques Dessalines Boulevard designated; |
| 16 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 17 | (1) State Road 922 on N.W. 125th Street from N.W. 7th |
| 18 | Avenue to Griffing Boulevard in Miami-Dade County is designated |
| 19 | as "Jean-Jacques Dessalines Boulevard." |
| 20 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 21 | suitable markers designating Jean-Jacques Dessalines Boulevard |
| 22 | as described in subsection (1). |
| 23 | Section 2. Frederick Douglass Boulevard designated; |
| 24 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 25 | (1) State Road 915 on N.E. 6th Avenue from the north |
| 26 | boundary of state House District 108 to U.S. Highway 1 in Miami- |
| 27 | Dade County is designated as "Frederick Douglass Boulevard." |
| 28 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 29 | suitable markers designating Frederick Douglass Boulevard as |
| 30 | described in subsection (1). |
| 31 | Section 3. Alexandre Petion Boulevard designated; |
| 32 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 33 | (1) State Road 909 on West Dixie Highway from the north |
| 34 | boundary of state House District 108 to N.E. 2nd Avenue in |
| 35 | Miami-Dade County is designated as "Alexandre Petion Boulevard." |
| 36 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 37 | suitable markers designating Alexandre Petion Boulevard as |
| 38 | described in subsection (1). |
| 39 | Section 4. George Gill Boulevard designated; Department of |
| 40 | Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 41 | (1) State Road 5 on Biscayne Boulevard, U.S. Highway 1, |
| 42 | from the north boundary of state House District 108 to the south |
| 43 | boundary of state House District 108 in Miami-Dade County is |
| 44 | designated as "George Gill Boulevard." |
| 45 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 46 | suitable markers designating George Gill Boulevard as described |
| 47 | in subsection (1). |
| 48 | Section 5. James Weldon Johnson Boulevard designated; |
| 49 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 50 | (1) State Road 932 on N.W. 103rd Street from the west |
| 51 | boundary of state House District 108 to N.E. 6th Avenue in |
| 52 | Miami-Dade County is designated as "James Weldon Johnson |
| 53 | Boulevard." |
| 54 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 55 | suitable markers designating James Weldon Johnson Boulevard as |
| 56 | described in subsection (1). |
| 57 | Section 6. Judge Wilkie D. Ferguson, Jr., Boulevard |
| 58 | designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable |
| 59 | markers.-- |
| 60 | (1) That portion of Honey Hill Drive between N.W. 27th |
| 61 | Avenue and N.W. 47th Avenue in Miami-Dade County is designated |
| 62 | as "Judge Wilkie D. Ferguson, Jr., Boulevard." |
| 63 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 64 | suitable markers designating Judge Wilkie D. Ferguson, Jr., |
| 65 | Boulevard as described in subsection (1). |
| 66 | Section 7. T. Stewart Greer Avenue designated; Department |
| 67 | of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 68 | (1) That portion of N.W. 27th Avenue between N.W. 119th |
| 69 | Street and N.W. 135th Street in Miami-Dade County is designated |
| 70 | as "T. Stewart Greer Avenue." |
| 71 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 72 | suitable markers designating T. Stewart Greer Avenue as |
| 73 | described in subsection (1). |
| 74 | Section 8. Sidney Alterman Way designated; Department of |
| 75 | Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 76 | (1) That portion of State Road 953 on N.W. 42nd Avenue |
| 77 | from N.W. 119th Street to N.W. 135th Street in Miami-Dade County |
| 78 | is designated as "Sidney Alterman Way." |
| 79 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 80 | suitable markers designating Sidney Alterman Way as described in |
| 81 | subsection (1). |
| 82 | Section 9. Senator William H. Turner Boulevard designated; |
| 83 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 84 | (1) That portion of N.W. 103rd Street from N.W. 3rd Avenue |
| 85 | to N.W. 32nd Avenue in Miami-Dade County is designated as |
| 86 | "Senator William H. Turner Boulevard." |
| 87 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 88 | suitable markers designating Senator William H. Turner Boulevard |
| 89 | as described in subsection (1). |
| 90 | Section 10. L.E. Buie Bridge designated; Department of |
| 91 | Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 92 | (1) The Skypass Bridge, bridge number 930470, in the City |
| 93 | of Riviera Beach in Palm Beach County is designated as the "L.E. |
| 94 | Buie Bridge." |
| 95 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 96 | suitable markers designating the L.E. Buie Bridge as described |
| 97 | in subsection (1). |
| 98 | Section 11. Roberto Guevara Memorial Boulevard designated; |
| 99 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 100 | (1) That portion of U.S. Highway 17/92/441 between Osceola |
| 101 | Parkway and U.S. Highway 192 in Osceola County is designated as |
| 102 | "Roberto Guevara Memorial Boulevard." |
| 103 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 104 | suitable markers designating Roberto Guevara Memorial Boulevard |
| 105 | as described in subsection (1). |
| 106 | Section 12. This act shall take effect upon becoming a |
| 107 | law. |
