14 On page 2, line 25, through
15 page 3, line 9, delete those lines
16
17 and insert: enforcement patrol vehicle, with agency insignia
18 and other jurisdictional markings prominently displayed on the
19 vehicle, with siren and lights activated commits a felony of
20 the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s.
21 775.083, or s. 775.084.
22 (3) Any person who willfully flees or attempts to
23 elude a law enforcement officer in an authorized law
24 enforcement patrol vehicle, with agency insignia
