13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 15, lines 15-20, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  violates any provision of this part and, upon
17  conviction, is guilty of commits a misdemeanor of the second
18  degree, is punishable as provided in s. 775.082, or s.
19  775.083.
20         (3)(2)  Any person, firm, association, or corporation
21  which commits a major violation of this part, and upon
22  conviction, is guilty of a felony of the third degree, is
23  punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s.
