11  Senator Campbell moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 45, line 13-27, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  
17         Section 15.  Subsection (2) of section 558.002, Florida
18  Statutes, is amended to read:
19         558.002  Definitions.--As used in this act, the term:
20         (2)  "Association" has the same meaning as in s.
21  718.103(2), s. 719.103(2), s. 720.301(9) s. 720.301(7), or s.
22  723.025.
23         Section 16.  The Division of Statutory Revision is
24  requested to designate sections 720.301-720.312, Florida
25  Statutes, as part I of chapter 720, Florida Statutes; to
26  designate sections 720.401 and 720.402, Florida Statutes, as
27  part II of chapter 720, Florida Statutes, and entitle that
28  part "DISCLOSURE PRIOR TO SALE OF RESIDENTIAL PARCELS"; to
29  designate sections 720.403-720.407 as part III of chapter 720,
30  Florida Statutes, and entitle that part "COVENANT
31  REVITALIZLATION"; and to designate section 720.501, Florida

 1  Statutes, as part IV of chapter 720, Florida Statutes, and
 2  entitle that part "RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF DEVELOPERS."
 3         Section 17.  If any provision of this act or its
 4  application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the
 5  invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of
 6  this act which can be given effect without the invalid
 7  provision or application, and to this end the provisions of
 8  this act are declared severable.
