15         On page 23, lines 26-29, delete those lines

17  and insert:  
18  However, this subsection does not affect any action or remedy
19  concerning residential tenancies covered under part II of
20  chapter 83, nor does it prohibit the enforcing authority from
21  maintaining exclusive jurisdiction to bring any cause of
22  action authorized under part II of chapter 501.
