14         On page 8, line 10, after the period
15  
16  insert:  The application for use of educational impact fees
17  shall include an approved charter school application. To
18  assist the school district in forecasting student station
19  needs, the entity levying the impact fees shall notify the
20  affected district of any agreements it has approved for the
21  purpose of mitigating student station impact from the new
22  residential dwelling units.
