18 and insert: shall authorize the transfer of funds to the
19 Agency for Workforce Innovation to distribute funds for
20 distribution in accordance with the allocation provisions of
21 the formula. For fiscal year 2004-2005, the Agency for
22 Workforce Innovation shall allocate funds to the regional
23 child development boards consistent with the fiscal year
24 2003-2004 funding allocations to the local school readiness
25 coalitions.
