1 A bill to be entitled
2 An act relating to the Town of
3 Lauderdale-By-The-Sea and the Village of Sea
4 Ranch Lakes, Broward County; clarifying and
5 delineating the corporate limits of the Town of
6 Lauderdale-By-The-Sea and the Village of Sea
7 Ranch Lakes to include specified lands within
8 said corporate limits; providing an effective
9 date.

11 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
12
13 Section 1. The present corporate limits of the Town of
14 Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, Broward County, Florida, are amended as
15 follows:
16
17 Beginning at the intersection of the south
18 boundary line of Section 7, Township 49 South,
19 Range 43 East with the centerline of the
20 Intracoastal Waterway (Florida East Coast
21 Canal), the POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE in a
22 northerly direction along the centerline of the
23 Intracoastal Waterway to the intersection of
24 said centerline with a line located twenty-five
25 (25) feet south of and parallel to the north
26 line of Section 7, Township 49 South, Range 43
27 East; THENCE in an easterly direction along a
28 line located twenty-five (25) feet south of and
29 parallel to the north line of said Section 7 to
30 the intersection of said line with the east
31 right-of-way line of the Intracoastal Waterway;

26 Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE
27 1/4) of the said Section 7 lying West of the
28 West R/W line of Florida State Road A-I-A; and,
29 that portion of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4)
30 of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of said
31 Section 7 lying West of the West R/W line of
