14 On page 28, between lines 9 and 10,

16 insert:
17 Section 11. (1) This section may be cited as "The Tom
18 Lee, Lisa Carlton Blackberry Addiction and Rehabilitation
19 Act."
20 (2) Anyone found guilty of extensive habitual,
21 addictive use of a Blackberry or similar device shall be
22 placed in a thumb cast for a period of not less than 30 days
23 to prevent the use of key pads and commits a felony of the
24 fourth degree.
