16 and insert:
17 (5) The Infant and Child Development Center Building
18 at the University of South Florida as the "Archie and Mary
19 Louise Silver Child Development Center."
20 (6) The School of Business and Industry building at
21 Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University is designated
22 as the "Sybil C. Mobley Business Building."
23 (7) Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and
24 Florida State University are authorized to erect suitable
25 markers for the designations made by this section.
26 Section 2. (1) The building known as Coquina Hall,
27 located on the campus of the University of South Florida St.
28 Petersburg in Pinellas County, is designated as "H. William
29 Heller Hall."
30 (2) The University of South Florida St. Petersburg is
31 authorized to erect suitable markers for the designation made

3 date of the retirement or resignation of H. William Heller
4 from, or the termination of H. William Heller's employment

7 facility for health at Florida Gulf Coast University is
8 designated as "Kleist Health Education Center."
9 (2) Florida Gulf Coast University is authorized to
10 erect suitable markers for the designation made by this
11 section.
12 Section 4. (1) The facility at Florida Gulf Coast
13 University which will house the resort and hospitality
14 management program is designated as "Herbert J. and Margaret
15 S. Sugden Hall."
16 (2) Florida Gulf Coast University is authorized to
17 erect suitable markers for the designation made by this
18 section.
19 Section 5. (1) The building that houses the
20 University of Central Florida Downtown Center is designated as
21 the James and Annie Ying Academic Center."
22 (2) The University of Central Florida is authorized to
23 erect suitable markers for the designation made by this
24 section.
25 Section 6. (1) The new Allied Health Building at
26 Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University is designated
27 as the "Margaret W. Lewis/Jacqueline B. Beck Allied Health
28 Building."
29 (2) Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University is
30 authorized to erect suitable markers for the designation made
31 by this section.

9 "Carrie Meek/James N. Eaton, Sr. Southeastern Regional Black
10 Archives Research Center and Museum."

13 by this section.

26 University of Florida is designated as "Farrior Hall."
