21 | "Thelma Gorham/Robert M. Ruggles Building"; designating |
22 | the building known as Coquina Hall at the University of |
23 | South Florida St. Petersburg as "H. William Heller Hall"; |
24 | providing for the erection of suitable markers; providing |
25 | effective dates. |

27 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |

29 | Section 1. (1) The Florida Agricultural and Mechanical |
30 | University-Florida State University College of Engineering |
31 | Building in Tallahassee is designated as the "Herbert F. Morgan |
32 | Building." |
33 | (2) The Student Life Building at Florida State University, |
34 | located at 113 South Wildwood Drive, is designated as the |
35 | "Reubin O'D. Askew Student Life Center." |
36 | (3) The new residence hall complex at Florida State |
37 | University, located at 921 College Avenue, is designated as |
38 | "Sherrill Williams Ragans Hall." |
39 | (4) The Education and Administration Building at the |
40 | Florida State University College of Medicine is designated as |
41 | the "John E. Thrasher Building." |
42 | (5) A building at the developmental research school at |
43 | Florida State University shall be named for Stan Marshall. |
44 | (6) The Infant and Child Development Center Building at |
45 | the University of South Florida as the "Archie and Mary Louise |
46 | Silver Child Development Center." |
47 | (7) The School of Business and Industry building at |
48 | Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University is designated as |
49 | the "Sybil C. Mobley Business Building." |
50 | (8) The School of Journalism and Graphic Communication |
51 | building at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University is |
52 | designated as the "Thelma Gorham/Robert M. Ruggles Building." |
53 | (9) Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and |
54 | Florida State University are authorized to erect suitable |
55 | markers for the designations made by this section. |
56 | Section 2. (1) The building known as Coquina Hall, |
57 | located on the campus of the University of South Florida St. |
58 | Petersburg in Pinellas County, is designated as "H. William |
59 | Heller Hall." |
60 | (2) The University of South Florida St. Petersburg is |
61 | authorized to erect suitable markers for the designation made by |
62 | this section. |
63 | (3) This section shall take effect upon the effective date |
64 | of the retirement or resignation of H. William Heller from, or |
65 | the termination of H. William Heller's employment with, the |
66 | University of South Florida St. Petersburg. |
67 | Section 3. Except as otherwise provided herein, this act |
68 | shall take effect upon becoming a law. |
