  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to community contribution tax

  3         credits; repealing ss. 212.08(5)(q)5.,

  4         220.183(5), and 624.5105(6), F.S.; abrogating

  5         the future repeal of the community contribution

  6         tax credit program; providing an effective

  7         date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10  

11         Section 1.  Subparagraph 5. of paragraph (q) of

12  subsection (5) of section 212.08, Florida Statutes; subsection

13  (5) of section 220.183, Florida Statutes; and subsection (6)

14  of section 624.5105, Florida Statutes, are repealed.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2004.
