  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to DNA evidence; expressing the

  3         legislative intent to revise laws relating to

  4         DNA evidence following conviction; providing an

  5         effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

10  relating to DNA evidence following conviction.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
