13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 2, line 10, delete that line
15  
16  and insert:  repackagers, which are members of the same
17  affiliated group if:
18         a.  The group discloses to the department the names of
19  all the members of the affiliated group, and
20         b.  The affiliated group agrees in writing to provide
21  records on prescription drug purchases by the members of the
22  affiliated group not later than 48 hours after the department
23  requests access to such records, regardless of the location of
24  where the records are stored.
