14 On page 39, between lines 15 and 16,

16 insert:
17 Section 18. Subsection (8) is added to section
18 713.135, Florida Statutes, to read:
19 713.135 Notice of commencement and applicability of
20 lien.--
21 (8) Consistent with the requirements of subsection
22 (6), an authority responsible for issuing building permits
23 under this section may accept a building permit application in
24 an electronic format, as prescribed by the authority. Building
25 permits submitted electronically must contain the following
26 additional statement:

28 OWNER'S ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION STATEMENT: Under
29 penalty of perjury, I declare that the
30 information contained in this building permit
31 application is true and correct.
