11  Senator Cowin moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 7, between lines 11 and 12,
15  
16  insert:  
17         Section 19.  Private Robert M. McTureous, Jr.,
18  U.S.M.C., Medal of Honor Memorial Highway designated;
19  department to erect suitable markers.--
20         (1)  That portion of State Road 19 in Lake County from
21  the northern county boundary to U.S. Highway 441 is designated
22  as the "Private Robert M. McTureous, Jr., U.S.M.C., Medal of
23  Honor Memorial Highway."
24         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to
25  erect suitable markers designating the Private Robert M.
26  McTureous, Jr., U.S.M.C., Medal of Honor Memorial Highway as
27  described in subsection (1).
