17 Section 7. William H. Turner Memorial Boulevard
18 designated; department to erect suitable markers.--
19 (1) That portion of N.W. 103rd Street from N.W. 3rd
20 Avenue to N.W. 32nd Avenue in Miami-Dade County is designated
21 as "William H. Turner Memorial Boulevard."
22 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
23 erect suitable markers designating William H. Turner Memorial
24 Boulevard as described in subsection (1).
