14 On page 7, between lines 11 and 12,

16 insert:
17 Section 19. Andrew J. Aviles Trail designated;
18 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
19 (1) That portion of the Old Gandy Access Road number
20 10-030-111 between Gandy Boulevard and the Friendship Trail
21 Bridge, Department of Transportation number 10-068, in
22 Hillsborough County is designated as "Andrew J. Aviles Trail."
23 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
24 erect suitable markers designating Andrew J. Aviles Trail as
25 described in subsection (1).
26 Section 20. Private Robert M. McTureous, Jr.,
27 U.S.M.C., Medal of Honor Memorial Highway designated;
28 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
29 (1) That portion of State Road 19 in Lake County from
30 the north end of Lake County to the intersection of State Road
31 19 and U.S. Highway 441 in Eustis is designated as "Private

6 described in subsection (1).
7 Section 21. Deputy Charles "Chuck" Sease Memorial
8 Interchange designated; Department of Transportation to erect
9 suitable markers.--
10 (1) The interchange of Interstate Highway 95 and State
11 Road 100 at exit number 284 in Flagler County is designated as
12 "Deputy Charles 'Chuck' Sease Memorial Interchange."
13 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
14 erect suitable markers designating Deputy Charles "Chuck"
15 Sease Memorial Interchange as described in subsection (1).
16 Section 22. Cpl. Larry E. Smedley Medal of Honor
17 Highway designated; Department of Transportation to erect
18 suitable markers.--
19 (1) That portion of Interstate 4 from State Road 45 to
20 U.S. Highway 27 is designated as "Larry E. Smedley Medal of
21 Honor Highway."
22 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
23 erect suitable markers designating Larry E. Smedley Medal of
24 Honor Highway as described in subsection (1).
25 Section 23. James H. Pruitt Memorial Bridge
26 designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
27 markers.--
28 (1) The bridge over the Sebastian Inlet, bridge number
29 880005, located on State Road A1A between Brevard County and
30 Indian River County is designated as the "James H. Pruitt
31 Memorial Bridge."

3 Memorial Bridge as described in subsection (1).
4 Section 24. Veterans Memorial Interchange designated;
5 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
6 (1) The interchange of State Road 50, State Road 429,
7 and the Florida Turnpike in Orange County is designated as
8 "Veterans Memorial Interchange."
9 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
10 erect suitable markers designating Veterans Memorial
11 Interchange as described in subsection (1).
12 Section 25. William C. Cramer Interstate Highway
13 designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
14 markers.--
15 (1) Contingent on the passage of a resolution by the
16 affected parties, that part of Interstate 275 in Pinellas
17 County which extends from the Howard Franklin Bridge to the
18 Skyway Bridge is designated as "William C. Cramer Interstate
19 Highway."
20 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
21 erect suitable markers designating William C. Cramer
22 Interstate Highway as described in subsection (1).
23 Section 26. President Ronald Reagan Parkway
24 designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
25 markers.--
26 (1) The access road connecting the Johnnie B. Byrd,
27 Sr., Alzheimer's Center and Research Institute to Bruce B.
28 Downs Boulevard in Hillsborough County is designated as
29 "President Ronald Reagan Parkway."
30 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
31 erect suitable markers designating President Ronald Reagan
