29         area exit in Sumter County as "Florida Veterans

30         Memorial Bridge"; directing the Department of

 8         designating Dr. T. Stewart Greer Avenue in

 9         Miami-Dade County; providing an effective date.

11  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

12  

13         Section 1.  Browning-Pearce Memorial Highway

14  designated; department to erect suitable markers.--

15         (1)  That portion of State Road 207 between Interstate

16  Highway 95 in St. Johns County and the intersection with U.S.

17  Highway 17 in Putnam County is designated as "Browning-Pearce

18  Memorial Highway."

19         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

20  erect suitable markers designating Browning-Pearce Memorial

21  Highway as described in subsection (1).

22         Section 2.  Jerome A. Williams Memorial Highway

23  designated; department to erect suitable markers.--

24         (1)  That portion of U.S. Highway 17 in Putnam County

25  from Crescent City south to the border at Volusia County is

26  designated as "Jerome A. Williams Memorial Highway."

27         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

28  erect suitable markers designating Jerome A. Williams Memorial

29  Highway as described in subsection (1).

30         Section 3.  James C. Penney Memorial Boulevard

31  designated; department to erect suitable markers.--

 2  within the town limits of the Town of Penney Farms is

 3  designated as "James C. Penney Memorial Boulevard."

 4         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

 5  erect suitable markers designating James C. Penney Memorial

 6  Boulevard as described in subsection (1).

 7         Section 4.  C. Fred and Marvin Arrington Bridge

 8  designated; department to erect suitable markers.--

 9         (1)  The C. Fred Arrington Bridge located on U.S.

10  Highway 27 between Tallahassee and Havana and crossing the

11  Ochlockonee River is designated as "C. Fred and Marvin

12  Arrington Bridge."

13         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

14  erect suitable markers designating C. Fred and Marvin

15  Arrington Bridge as described in subsection (1).

16         Section 5.  Howard E. Futch Memorial Highway

17  designated; department to erect suitable markers.--

18         (1)  That portion of U.S. Highway 192 from Interstate

19  Highway 95 in Brevard County to St. Cloud in Osceola County is

20  designated as "Howard E. Futch Memorial Highway."

21         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

22  erect suitable markers designating Howard E. Futch Memorial

23  Highway as described in subsection (1).

24         Section 6.  St. Johns River Veterans Memorial Bridge

25  designated; department to erect suitable markers.--

26         (1)  The St. Johns River Bridge on I-4 at the

27  Seminole/Volusia County line is designated as the "St. Johns

28  River Veterans Memorial Bridge."

29         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

30  erect suitable markers designating the St. Johns River

31  Veterans Memorial Bridge as described in subsection (1).

 2  department to erect suitable markers.--

 3         (1)  State Road 121, from the Georgia-Florida line in

 4  Baker County to the city limits of Lake Butler in Union County

 5  is designated as the "Ed Fraser Memorial Highway."

 6         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

 7  erect suitable markers designating the Ed Fraser Memorial

 8  Highway as described in subsection (1).

 9         Section 8.  Trooper Charles W. Parks Memorial Highway

10  designated; department to erect suitable markers.--

11         (1)  That portion of Interstate 95 in Nassau County is

12  designated as the "Trooper Charles W. Parks Memorial Highway."

13         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

14  erect suitable markers designating Trooper Charles W. Parks

15  Memorial Highway as described in subsection (1).

16         Section 9.  Deputy Renee Danell Azure Memorial Highway

17  designated; department to erect suitable markers.--

18         (1)  State Road 121, from the Union County line to the

19  city limits of the City of Lake Butler, is designated as the

20  "Deputy Renee Danell Azure Memorial Highway."

21         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

22  erect suitable markers designating the Deputy Renee Danell

23  Azure Memorial Highway as described in subsection (1).

24         Section 10.  Robert Guevara Memorial Highway

25  designated; department to erect suitable markers.--

26         (1)  The portion of State Road 441 (Orange Blossom

27  Trail) from State Road 192 to the Tupperware Convention Center

28  at 3175 N. Orange Blossom Trail is designated as "Robert

29  Guevara Memorial Highway."

 6         (1)  That portion of N.W. 103rd Street from N.W. 3rd

 7  Avenue to N.W. 32nd Avenue in Miami-Dade County is designated

 8  as "William H. Turner Memorial Boulevard."

 9         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

10  erect suitable markers designating William H. Turner Memorial

11  Boulevard as described in subsection (1).

12         Section 12.  Clifford C. Sims Parkway designated;

13  department to erect suitable markers.--

14         (1)  That portion of U.S. Highway 98 in Gulf County,

15  from the Tapper Bridge to the First United Methodist Church at

16  1001 Constitution Drive in the City of Port St. Joe is

17  designated as the "Clifford C. Sims Parkway."

18         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

19  erect suitable markers designating Clifford C. Sims Parkway as

20  described in subsection (1).

21         Section 13.  Florida Veterans Memorial Bridge

22  designated; department to erect suitable markers.--

23         (1)  The bridge on I-75 at the Lake Panasoffkee area

24  exit in Sumter County is designated as "Florida Veterans

25  Memorial Bridge."

26         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

27  erect suitable markers designating Florida Veterans Memorial

28  Bridge as described in subsection (1).

29         Section 14.  Extension of the Florida Arts Trail;

30  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

 1         (1)  That portion of U.S. Highway 90 between the City

 2  of Monticello in Jefferson County and the border at Suwannee

 3  County in Madison County is designated as part of the "Florida

 4  Arts Trail."

 5         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

 6  erect suitable markers designating the Florida Arts Trail as

 7  described in subsection (1).

 8         Section 15.  Arthur L. Andrews Bridge designated in

 9  honor of Wakulla County veterans; Department of Transportation

10  to erect suitable markers.--

11         (1)  The Buckhorn Creek Bridge on State Road 375 in

12  Wakulla County is designated as the "Arthur L. Andrews Bridge"

13  in honor of Wakulla County veterans.

14         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

15  erect suitable markers designating the Arthur L. Andrews

16  Bridge as described in subsection (1) with the words "In Honor

17  of Wakulla County Veterans" inscribed below the name.

18         Section 16.  L. E. Buie Memorial Bridge designated;

19  department to erect suitable markers.--

20         (1)  The Skypass Bridge (bridge number 930470) in the

21  City of Riviera Beach in Palm Beach County is designated as

22  "L. E. Buie Memorial Bridge."

23         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

24  erect suitable markers designating the L. E. Buie Memorial

25  Bridge as described in subsection (1).

26         Section 17.  Forest Ranger Edward O. Peters Memorial

27  Highway designated; Department of Transportation to erect

28  suitable markers.--

29         (1)  That portion of State Road 24 between County Road

30  345 and U.S. Highway 19 in Levy County is designated as

31  "Forest Ranger Edward O. Peters Memorial Highway."

 5  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

 6         (1)  That portion of N.W. 27th Avenue in Miami-Dade

 7  County, from N.W. 119th Street to N.W. 135th Street is

 8  designated as "Dr. T. Stewart Greer Avenue."

 9         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

10  erect suitable markers designating Dr. T. Stewart Greer Avenue

11  as described in subsection (1).

12         Section 19.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
