| 11 | municipality that is created after April 15, 2004, and is within |
| 12 | a charter county with a population greater than 1.5 million, but |
| 13 | not in a county as defined in s. 125.011(1), shall receive, in |
| 14 | addition to the distribution provided in subsection (3), an |
| 15 | amount of $1 million. |
