  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to school and building

  3         designation at Florida Agricultural and

  4         Mechanical University; designating the School

  5         of Business and Industry at Florida

  6         Agricultural and Mechanical University as the

  7         "Sybil Collins Mobley School of Business and

  8         Industry"; designating the School of Journalism

  9         and Graphic Communication building at Florida

10         Agricultural and Mechanical University as the

11         "Robert M. Ruggles Building"; authorizing the

12         university to erect suitable markers; providing

13         an effective date.

15  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

16  

17         Section 1.  The School of Business and Industry at

18  Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University is designated

19  as the "Sybil Collins Mobley School of Business and Industry."

20         Section 2.  The School of Journalism and Graphic

21  Communication building at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical

22  University is designated as the "Robert M. Ruggles Building."

23  Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University is authorized

24  to erect suitable markers for the designation. 

25         Section 3.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

26  law.
