  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to building designations at

  3         Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University;

  4         designating the School of Business and Industry

  5         building at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical

  6         University as the "Sybil C. Mobley Building";

  7         designating the School of Journalism and

  8         Graphic Communication building at Florida

  9         Agricultural and Mechanical University as the

10         "Thelma Gorham/Robert M. Ruggles Building";

11         authorizing the university to erect suitable

12         markers; providing an effective date.

14  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

15  

16         Section 1.  The School of Business and Industry

17  building at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University is

18  designated as the "Sybil C. Mobley Building."

19         Section 2.  The School of Journalism and Graphic

20  Communication building at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical

21  University is designated as the "Thelma Gorham/Robert M.

22  Ruggles Building."

23         Section 3.  Florida Agricultural and Mechanical

24  University is authorized to erect suitable markers for these

25  designations.

26         Section 4.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

27  law.
