1 A bill to be entitled
2 An act relating to road and bridge
3 designations; designating the bridge located on
4 I-75 at the Lake Panasoffkee area exit in
5 Sumter County as "Florida Veterans Memorial
6 Bridge"; directing the Department of
7 Transportation to erect suitable markers;
8 extending the Florida Arts Trail through
9 Jefferson and Madison Counties; designating the
10 Arthur L. Andrews Bridge in Wakulla County;
11 designating Forest Ranger Edward O. Peters
12 Memorial Highway in Levy County; designating
13 the Skypass Bridge in the City of Riviera Beach
14 as the "L. E. Buie Memorial Bridge"; providing
15 an effective date.

17 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
18
19 Section 1. Florida Veterans Memorial Bridge
20 designated; department to erect suitable markers.--
21 (1) The bridge on I-75 at the Lake Panasoffkee area
22 exit in Sumter County is designated as "Florida Veterans
23 Memorial Bridge."
24 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
25 erect suitable markers designating Florida Veterans Memorial
26 Bridge as described in subsection (1).
27 Section 2. Extension of the Florida Arts Trail;
28 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
29 (1) That portion of U.S. Highway 90 between the City
30 of Monticello in Jefferson County and the border at Suwannee

1 County in Madison County is designated as part of the "Florida
2 Arts Trail."
3 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
4 erect suitable markers designating the Florida Arts Trail as
5 described in subsection (1).
6 Section 3. Arthur L. Andrews Bridge designated in
7 honor of Wakulla County veterans; Department of Transportation
8 to erect suitable markers.--
9 (1) The Buckhorn Creek Bridge on State Road 375 in
10 Wakulla County is designated as the "Arthur L. Andrews Bridge"
11 in honor of Wakulla County veterans.
12 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
13 erect suitable markers designating the Arthur L. Andrews
14 Bridge as described in subsection (1) with the words "In Honor
15 of Wakulla County Veterans" inscribed below the name.
16 Section 4. Forest Ranger Edward O. Peters Memorial
17 Highway designated; Department of Transportation to erect
18 suitable markers.--
19 (1) That portion of State Road 24 between County Road
20 345 and U.S. Highway 19 in Levy County is designated as
21 "Forest Ranger Edward O. Peters Memorial Highway."
22 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
23 erect suitable markers designating Forest Ranger Edward O.
24 Peters Memorial Highway as described in subsection (1).
25 Section 5. L. E. Buie Memorial Bridge designated;
26 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
27 (1) The Skypass Bridge (bridge number 930470) in the
28 City of Riviera Beach in Palm Beach County is designated as
29 "L. E. Buie Memorial Bridge."
