13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 5, line 5, delete that line
15  
16  and insert:  reputation of the person or entity. The
17  Legislature finds that it is a public necessity that
18  information that identifies the health care practitioner or
19  health care facility identified in the patient safety data
20  reported to the Florida Patient Safety Corporation and its
21  subsidiaries, advisory committees, or contractors be protected
22  because health care practitioners and health care facilities
23  would be unlikely to voluntarily submit patient safety data if
24  their identity were made public and such information could be
25  defamatory to the person or entity or could cause unwarranted
26  damage to the name or reputation of the person or entity. The
27  Legislature also finds
