  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to public records; expressing

  3         the legislative intent to enact legislation to

  4         create an exemption to public-records

  5         requirements; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

10  legislation to create an exemption to public-records

11  requirements and to provide a statement of public necessity

12  for the creation of the exemption.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
