11  Senator Lawson moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 1, line 25, through
15            page 2, line 2, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         (4)  The School of Business and Industry building at
19  Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University is designated
20  as the "Sybil C. Mobley Business Building."
21         (5)  The School of Journalism and Graphic Communication
22  building at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University is
23  designated as the "Thelma Thurston Gorham Building."
24         (6)  Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and
25  Florida State University are authorized to erect suitable
26  markers for the designations made by this section.
27         Section 2.  (1)  The building known as Coquina Hall,
28  located on the campus of the University of South Florida, St.
29  Petersburg in Pinellas County, is designated as "H. William
30  Heller Hall."
31         (2)  The University of South Florida, St. Petersburg is

 1  authorized to erect suitable markers for the designation made
 2  by this section.
 3         (3)  This section shall take effect on the date of the
 4  retirement or resignation of H. William Heller from, or the
 5  termination of H. William Heller's employment with, the
 6  University of South Florida, St. Petersburg.
 7         Section 3.  Except as otherwise expressly provided in
 8  this act, this act shall take effect upon becoming a law.

12  And the title is amended as follows:
13         On page 1, lines 10 and 11, delete those lines

15  and insert:
16         Ragans Hall"; designating the School of
17         Business and Industry building at Florida

19         "Sybil C. Mobley Business Building";
20         designating the School of Journalism and
21         Graphic Communication building at Florida
22         Agricultural and Mechanical University as the
23         "Thelma Thurston Gorham Building"; designating
24         the building known as Coquina Hall at the
25         University of South Florida, St. Petersburg as
26         "H. William Heller Hall"; providing for the
27         erection of markers; providing effective dates.
