13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 1, line 25, through page 2 line 2 delete those
15 lines

17 and insert:
18 (4) The Education and Administration Building at the
19 Florida State University College of Medicine is designated as
20 the "John E. Thrasher Building."
21 (5) A building at the developmental research school at
22 Florida State University shall be named for Stan Marshall.
23 (6) The Infant and Child Development Center Building
24 at the University of South Florida as the "Archie and Mary
25 Louise Silver Child Development Center."
26 (7) The School of Business and Industry building at
27 Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University is designated
28 as the "Sybil C. Mobley Business Building."
29 (8) The School of Journalism and Graphic Communication
30 building at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University is
31 designated as the "Thelma Gorham/Robert M. Ruggles Building."

1 (9) Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and
2 Florida State University are authorized to erect suitable
3 markers for the designations made by this section.
4 Section 2. (1) The building known as Coquina Hall,
5 located on the campus of the University of South Florida St.
6 Petersburg in Pinellas County, is designated as "H. William
7 Heller Hall."
8 (2) The University of South Florida St. Petersburg is
9 authorized to erect suitable markers for the designation made
10 by this section.
11 (3) This section shall take effect upon the effective
12 date of the retirement or resignation of H. William Heller
13 from, or the termination of H. William Heller's employment
14 with, the University of South Florida St. Petersburg.
15 Section 3. Except as otherwise provided herein, this
16 act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
