  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the designation of

  3         university buildings; designating the FAMU-FSU

  4         College of Engineering Building as the "Herbert

  5         F. Morgan Building"; providing for the erection

  6         of markers; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Florida Agricultural and Mechanical

11  University-Florida State University College of Engineering

12  Building in Tallahassee is designated as the "Herbert F.

13  Morgan Building."

14         Section 2.  Florida Agricultural and Mechanical

15  University and Florida State University are authorized to

16  erect markers for the designation of the Herbert F. Morgan

17  Building as described in section 1.

18         Section 3.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

19  law.
