| 24 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 25 |

| 26 | Section 1. Charles E. Bennett Memorial Bridge designated; |
| 27 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 28 | (1) Upon designation as part of the State Highway System, |
| 29 | the Intracoastal Waterway bridge portion of the Wonderwood |
| 30 | Connector on Wonderwood Road between Girvin Road and State Route |
| 31 | A1A in Duval County is designated as the "Charles E. Bennett |
| 32 | Memorial Bridge." |
| 33 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 34 | suitable markers designating the Charles E. Bennett Memorial |
| 35 | Bridge as described in subsection (1). |
| 36 | Section 2. C. Fred and Marvin Arrington Bridge designated; |
| 37 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 38 | (1) The C. Fred Arrington Bridge located on U.S. Highway |
| 39 | 27 between Tallahassee and Havana and crossing the Ochlockonee |
| 40 | River is designated as "C. Fred and Marvin Arrington Bridge." |
| 41 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 42 | suitable markers designating the C. Fred and Marvin Arrington |
| 43 | Bridge as described in subsection (1). |
| 44 | Section 3. Howard E. Futch Memorial Highway designated; |
| 45 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 46 | (1) That portion of U.S. Highway 192 from Interstate 95 in |
| 47 | Brevard County to St. Cloud in Osceola County is designated as |
| 48 | "Howard E. Futch Memorial Highway." |
| 49 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 50 | suitable markers designating Howard E. Futch Memorial Highway as |
| 51 | described in subsection (1). |
| 52 | Section 4. St. Petersburg/William C. Cramer Parkway |
| 53 | designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable |
| 54 | markers.-- |
| 55 | (1) Contingent on the passage of a resolution by the |
| 56 | affected parties, that part of Interstate 275 in Pinellas County |
| 57 | which extends from the Howard Franklin Bridge to the Skyway |
| 58 | Bridge is designated as the "St. Petersburg/William C. Cramer |
| 59 | Parkway." |
| 60 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 61 | suitable markers designating the St. Petersburg/William C. |
| 62 | Cramer Parkway as described in subsection (1). |
| 63 | Section 5. President Ronald Reagan Parkway designated; |
| 64 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 65 | (1) The access road connecting the Johnnie B. Byrd, Sr., |
| 66 | Alzheimer's Center and Research Institute to Bruce B. Downs |
| 67 | Boulevard in Hillsborough County is designated as "President |
| 68 | Ronald Reagan Parkway." |
| 69 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 70 | suitable markers designating President Ronald Reagan Parkway as |
| 71 | described in subsection (1). |
| 72 | Section 6. Roberto Guevara Memorial Boulevard designated; |
| 73 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 74 | (1) That portion of U.S. Highway 17/92/441 between Osceola |
| 75 | Parkway and U.S. Highway 192 in Osceola County is designated as |
| 76 | "Roberto Guevara Memorial Boulevard." |
| 77 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 78 | suitable markers designating Roberto Guevara Memorial Boulevard |
| 79 | as described in subsection (1). |
| 80 | Section 7. Browning-Pearce Memorial Highway designated; |
| 81 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 82 | (1) That portion of State Road 207 between Interstate 95 |
| 83 | in St. Johns County and the intersection with U.S. Highway 17 in |
| 84 | Putnam County is designated as "Browning-Pearce Memorial |
| 85 | Highway." |
| 86 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 87 | suitable markers designating Browning-Pearce Memorial Highway as |
| 88 | described in subsection (1). |
| 89 | Section 8. James C. Penney Memorial Boulevard designated; |
| 90 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 91 | (1) That portion of State Road 16 in Clay County within |
| 92 | the town limits of the Town of Penney Farms is designated as |
| 93 | "James C. Penney Memorial Boulevard." |
| 94 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 95 | suitable markers designating James C. Penney Memorial Boulevard |
| 96 | as described in subsection (1). |
| 97 | Section 9. Clyde Hart Highway designated; Department of |
| 98 | Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 99 | (1) That portion of State Road 44 which lies between |
| 100 | Deland and State Road 415 in Volusia County is designated as |
| 101 | "Clyde Hart Highway." |
| 102 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 103 | suitable markers designating Clyde Hart Highway as described in |
| 104 | subsection (1). |
| 105 | Section 10. James H. Pruitt Memorial Bridge designated; |
| 106 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 107 | (1) The bridge over the Sebastian Inlet, bridge number |
| 108 | 880005, located on State Road A1A between Brevard County and |
| 109 | Indian River County is designated as the "James H. Pruitt |
| 110 | Memorial Bridge." |
| 111 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 112 | suitable markers designating the James H. Pruitt Memorial Bridge |
| 113 | as described in subsection (1). |
| 114 | Section 11. Circus Bridge designated; Department of |
| 115 | Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 116 | (1) Bridge number 170167, the Intracoastal Waterway bridge |
| 117 | replacing bridge number 170036 on Business U.S. Highway 41 in |
| 118 | Sarasota County, is designated as "Circus Bridge." |
| 119 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 120 | suitable markers designating Circus Bridge as described in |
| 121 | subsection (1). |
| 122 | Section 12. This act shall take effect upon becoming a |
| 123 | law. |
