  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to constitutional amendments;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to propose an

  4         amendment to the State Constitution to revise

  5         the initiative process; providing an effective

  6         date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to propose an

11  amendment to the State Constitution to revise the initiative

12  process.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
