3	Amendment to Amendment (418811)
4	Remove lines 31-35, and insert:
5	exemption of the first $350,000 $250,000 of the value of
6	property otherwise subject to the annual tax. A husband and wife
7	filing jointly shall have an exemption of $700,000 $500,000.
8	Every taxpayer that is not a natural person is entitled each
9	year to an exemption of the first $350,000 $250,000 of the value
