| 11 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 12 |
|
| 13 | Section 1. Kleist Health Education Center designated; |
| 14 | Florida Gulf Coast University to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 15 | (1) The student community educational facility for health |
| 16 | at Florida Gulf Coast University is designated as "Kleist Health |
| 17 | Education Center." |
| 18 | (2) Florida Gulf Coast University is authorized to erect |
| 19 | suitable markers designating Kleist Health Education Center as |
| 20 | described in subsection (1). |
| 21 | Section 2. Herbert J. and Margaret S. Sugden Hall |
| 22 | designated; Florida Gulf Coast University to erect suitable |
| 23 | markers.-- |
| 24 | (1) The facility at Florida Gulf Coast University which |
| 25 | will house the resort and hospitality management program is |
| 26 | designated as "Herbert J. and Margaret S. Sugden Hall." |
| 27 | (2) Florida Gulf Coast University is authorized to erect |
| 28 | suitable markers designating Herbert J. and Margaret S. Sugden |
| 29 | Hall as described in subsection (1). |
| 30 | Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2004. |
