11 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |

13 | Section 1. Paragraph (a) of subsection (2) of section |
14 | 318.21, Florida Statutes, is amended to read: |
15 | 318.21 Disposition of civil penalties by county |
16 | courts.--All civil penalties received by a county court pursuant |
17 | All civil penalties received by a county court pursuant to the |
18 | provisions of this chapter shall be distributed and paid monthly |
19 | as follows: |
20 | (2) Of the remainder: |
21 | (a) Twenty and six-tenths percent shall be remitted to the |
22 | Department of Revenue for deposit into the General Revenue Fund |
23 | of the state, except that the first $300,000 shall be deposited |
24 | into the Grants and Donations Trust Fund in the Justice |
25 | Administrative Commission state courts system for administrative |
26 | costs, training costs, and costs associated with the |
27 | implementation and maintenance of Florida foster care citizen |
28 | review panels in a constitutional charter county as provided for |
29 | in s. 39.702. |
30 | Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2004. |
