3     Amendment (with title amendment)
4     Between lines 149 and 150, insert:
5     Section 14.  William C. Cramer Interstate Highway
6designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
7markers.--
8     (1)  Contingent on the passage of a resolution by the
9affected parties, that part of Interstate 275 in Pinellas County
10which extends from the Howard Franklin Bridge to the Skyway
11Bridge is designated as "William C. Cramer Interstate Highway."
12     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
13suitable markers designating William C. Cramer Interstate
14Highway as described in subsection (1).
15     Section 15.  President Ronald Reagan Parkway designated;
16Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
17     (1)  The access road connecting the Johnnie B. Byrd, Sr.,
18Alzheimer's Center and Research Institute to Bruce B. Downs
19Boulevard in Hillsborough County is designated as "President
20Ronald Reagan Parkway."
21     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
22suitable markers designating President Ronald Reagan Parkway as
23described in subsection (1).
24     Section 16.  Roberto Guevara Memorial Boulevard designated;
25Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--
26     (1)  That portion of U.S. Highway 17/92/441 between Osceola
27Parkway and U.S. Highway 192 in Osceola County is designated as
28"Roberto Guevara Memorial Boulevard."
29     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
30suitable markers designating Roberto Guevara Memorial Boulevard
31as described in subsection (1).
