55 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |

57 | Section 1. Chapters 8705 (1921), 9464 (1923), 12847 |
58 | (1927), 12860 (1927), 12862 (1927), 24570 (1947), 24575 (1947), |
59 | 24576 (1947), 24582 (1947), 27606 (1951), 27611 (1951), 30832 |
60 | (1955), 59-1351, 59-1366, 63-1405, 67-1501, 71-495, 71-676, 71- |
61 | 687, 73-489, and 80-505, Laws of Florida, are repealed. |
62 | Section 2. Such repeal shall not affect the prosecution of |
63 | any cause of action that accrued before the effective date of |
64 | this act and shall not affect the rules, regulations, policies, |
65 | actions, decisions, contracts, agreements, obligations, and |
66 | properties of the Hillsborough County School District or the |
67 | School Board of Hillsborough County existing prior to the |
68 | effective date of this act. |
69 | Section 3. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law. |
