15 On page 6, between lines 23 and 24,

17 insert:
18 (10) It is the intent of the Legislature that
19 reimbursements made to policyholders under this section shall
20 be considered disaster-relief assistance within the meaning of
21 section 139 of the Internal Revenue Code.
