12  recommended the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 2, lines 27 through 30, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         (2)  Of the $64.6 million appropriated from the General
19  Revenue Fund, the $53.8 million for beach restoration studies
20  and dune restoration projects contained in the plan shall
21  require a local match of 10 percent to enhance or expand such
22  projects.
