14         On page 36, lines 23-28, delete those lines

16  and insert:
17         (a)  Requiring private prekindergarten providers and
18  public schools to take corrective actions and use a curriculum
19  approved by the department as provided in s. 1002.67.
20         (b)  Approving improvement plans of private
21  prekindergarten providers and public schools under s. 1002.67.
22         (c)  Placing private prekindergarten providers and
23  public schools on probation under s. 1002.67.
24         (d)  Removing a private prekindergarten provider or
