11  Senator Wilson moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 12, between lines 9 and 10,
15  
16  insert:  
17         (7)  Each parent enrolling his or her child in the
18  Voluntary Prekindergarten Education Program must agree to
19  comply with the disciplinary policy of the private
20  prekindergarten provider or district school board, as
21  applicable. Upon enrollment of the child, the private
22  prekindergarten provider or public school, as applicable, must
23  provide the child's parent with a copy of the provider's or
24  school district's disciplinary policy, as applicable. Each
25  provider's or school's disciplinary policy must not subject a
26  child to discipline that:
27         (a)  Is severe, humiliating, or frightening;
28         (b)  Is associated with food, rest, or toileting; or
29         (c)  Includes spanking or any other form of physical
30  punishment.
