15         On page 36, lines 10-15, delete those lines

17  and insert:
18         (a)  Requiring private prekindergarten providers and
19  public schools to take corrective actions and use a curriculum
20  approved by the department as provided in s. 1002.67.
21         (b)  Approving improvement plans of private
22  prekindergarten providers and public schools under s. 1002.67.
23         (c)  Placing private prekindergarten providers and
24  public schools on probation under s. 1002.67.
25         (d)  Removing a private prekindergarten provider or
