14         On page 12, lines 18 and 19, and
15            page 20, lines 25 and 26, delete "comprise at least
16  540 instructional hours"

18  and insert:  provide the option to parents for their children
19  of a program that is either 540 instructional hours or 1,080
20  instructional hours
